Todd Griffith is GRT’s Founder and President. Todd graduated from Rice University in Houston with a Masters in Chemical Engineering. He worked for several environmental consulting and construction inspection practices and eventually became a Regional VP. One of his key projects in that position was the implementation of a new ERP solution. His firm selected JD Edwards software due to its strength in the Engineering and Construction (E&C) industries.
After successfully managing the implementation, Todd was so impressed with the capabilities an ERP provides, he started GRT as a one-man shop. He became well respected for his abilities to manage projects and his insights to process and business improvement. Now Todd’s experience with JD Edwards is not only recognized by GRT's clients but throughout the E&C industries as well as in the ERP implementation community. Todd is often asked to speak at user conferences and tradeshows. He is also requested by Oracle and other business partners to provide expertise when it comes to the E&C solutions Oracle offers.
Under Todd’s leadership, GRT has become known for quality and efficiency in the Oracle and E&C industries.
Steve Lawrence is GRT’s Vice President of Operations. Steve has been with the firm since 2003. He has more than 20 years experience with JD Edwards. Although Steve began his consulting career in Financials, he soon became known for expertise in many other areas, including HR/Payroll, Distribution and Project Management.
Steve’s current role with GRT is to manage the consulting staff. He is responsible for hiring the skill sets we need to support our client base and service pipeline. Steve is also responsible for utilization, making sure that resources are being used to our clients’ satisfaction. A significant amount of Steve's effort goes toward staff development. This includes responsibilities such as mentoring consultants on various projects and ensuring their ability to learn new skills as Oracle continues to evolve the software.
Steve’s background in management and his experience in different industries enables him to assist companies in finding the ‘right’ answer to accomplish their goals.

David Koczera is GRT’s Director Corporate Development. Dave graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts with a Bachelor Science in Marketing and Business Management. His 20+ year career has been dedicated to the provision of business applications and professional consulting services for various ERP Software vendors and Business / IT consultancies. The most recent 12 years has been devoted exclusively to the JD Edwards user community. He has helped many decision makers select the best solution for their business needs and has an established reputation for integrity, knowledge and experience.
A well versed veteran in the Field Services and Asset Intensive Industries he possesses core competencies in the operations of project oriented producers. Prior to his time at JD Edwards Dave was engaged for most of the 1990’s in Lean Business Process Consulting Strategies working with Fortune 500 companies and other large ETO Manufacturing companies. His in-depth experience in business process improvement is instrumental in helping his clients through the complexity of identifying the best technology advantages for their businesses.
